Safe: All our residential service plumbers and apprentices are required to complete a background
check and drug test. Our service plumbers will arrive at your residence in our company trucks, clearly
labeled with our company logo. We require all service employees to wear Horizon Plumbing T shirts
to the job site. Our Residential Customer Service Manager will also call you before our workers arrive
on the job to give you the name(s) of the employees we are sending to the job.
Dependable: We will always strive to arrive on the job within our promised time slot. However, if we
are unable to make it on time, our service manager will contact you as soon as possible to inform you
of the change and reschedule the visit. In addition, our office manager will email or call you after the
work is completed to ensure your satisfaction.
Professional: Our company is insured, licensed and bonded for your protection. All our employees
are licensed through the state of Oklahoma. We require ongoing continue education for our plumbers
to ensure that they are knowledgeable in their trade. We insist that our service employees be well
groomed and respectful to our customers and their homes. Our employees work by the hour, not on
ticket time. This means they will complete the job as quickly and efficiently as possible.
